
ABOUT MIKE

Mike is a NASM certified personal trainer who has 6 years of boxing experience (including winning Golden Gloves!) and 2 years of training individuals for Navy Special Warfare. His speciality areas of training are TRX training, kettlebell training, boxing, strength and endurance training, and military training. Mike feels fitness is essential to living a healthy lifestyle. Any deficiency in physical fitness affects your confidence. When an individual realizes they do not have the fitness or skills to accomplish a particular task, or that they cannot use their God-given tools to their fullest, self-doubt weakens both intellectual and physical abilities. Flagging confidence limits flexibility, preventing appropriate adaptation to various situations. Confidence allows the audacity of original thought. Train such a variety of energy systems, or various types of fitness, that confidence in the face of any challenge is reflexive. The human body is capable of 100 times more then what the average person believes and Mike strongly believes in training the mind as well as the body.
