Thanks to new Smith Sports trainer Mike Brower, we will now be posting weekly PT workouts. Mike has been a Navy Special Operations trainer and mentor for 3 years and knows what it takes to get stronger and faster. Follow his weekly workouts and you will be ready for next season in no time! NEED A GREAT SWIM COACH


Smith Sports Training would like to welcome Dave Molnar to the coaching staff. Dave was a member of the University of Toledo Swim Team and CAT (Clearwater Aquatics Team). He has quickly made himself known as a swimmer in the triathlon world by having the 6th fastest swim time out of the 1700 amateur competitors at the 2009 Steelhead Half IM and 32nd out of 2000 participants in the 2008 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon swim. The race doesn't have to begin when you exit the water. With Dave's help, you will be starting the race with confidence and coming out of the water ahead of your competitors! Your online training program will consist of goal specific workouts created by one of our certified trainers and coaches, and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. After a detailed fitness assessment, we will create a weekly training program that will include everything you need to successfully complete your weekly strength training workouts. If you are following the "Sport Specific Program", you will be set up with an account on the Training Peaks website. Your training sessions will be outlined in detail here and you will have the opportunity to journal the stats from your workouts to ensure continued progress. Every program will be custom tailored to you. We have created thousands of fitness programs for both our in-person and online clientele and we will do the same for you to ensure you reach your personal fitness goals.
